July 22, 2025 Public Open House
INDOT hosted a public open house for The Lloyd 4 All multimodal study on July 22, 2025, at Harrison High School.
The goal of the open house was to collect feedback about safety and connectivity within the study limits, including the Lloyd Expressway from US 41 to Epworth Road and the local road network from Morgan Avenue to Covert Avenue.
