INDOT hosted its second public open house for The Lloyd 4 All multimodal study on September 17, 2026, at Harrison High School.
The goal of the open house was to collect feedback about safety and connectivity within the study limits, including the Lloyd Expressway from US 41 in Vanderburgh County to Sharon Road in Warrick County, and the local road network from Morgan Avenue to Covert Avenue.
